Can you work around our opening hours?
We plan commercial work to keep disruption to a minimum, including phasing jobs so parts of your premises stay in use. Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Do you work as a subcontractor for other trades?
Yes. We regularly carry out electrical installations for other contractors, including at their customers' premises.
How often does a commercial property need an EICR?
Guidance generally recommends every five years for most commercial premises, and more often for some types of premises. Your insurer may have its own requirements.
